Choose this service if your people spend a lot of time on reading, writing, sorting or answering questions. Software that uses artificial intelligence sometimes gives an answer that sounds convincing and is nevertheless wrong. That is why most of the time in a project goes into testing the feature and into limiting what it is allowed to do.
An assistant answers the questions of your customers or your staff, using your own documents, such as manuals, instructions and terms. When the answer is not in those documents, the assistant is built to say that it does not know. We test how reliably it does this before it is used.
Invoices, forms and photographs often contain information that someone has to type into a system by hand. We build a feature that reads these documents and passes the information on to your system. We agree with you which results a member of your staff checks before they are used.
An AI feature prepares a first version of a reply or a summary, or it sorts incoming messages into categories. A member of your staff checks the result before it is used, so the decision stays with a person.
In these situations we advise you to choose something else.
Your information leaves your business, so we limit where it goes. The feature sends the text or the image to another company that supplies the artificial intelligence, and that company sends back the result. We only choose a company and settings under which that company does not use your information to train its own software. The proposal states which company receives which information.
That depends on how often the feature is used, because the company that supplies the artificial intelligence charges for each use. In the proposal we estimate the monthly cost for the amount of use that you expect.
We do not publish prices, because two projects are rarely the same amount of work. After a first conversation we send you a written proposal that describes the work, the schedule and the price.
We can do that, if you want it. Support from us can cover repairing faults, keeping the software working when phones and browsers are updated, and adding new features. The proposal states which support you receive from us after the launch.
