Choose this service if your way of working no longer fits in spreadsheets or in standard software. That is the case when you have to adapt your way of working to the software, or when your staff enter the same information into several systems by hand.

- We build the system that stores your data and that does the calculations and checks that are particular to your business.

- We move your existing data to the new system in steps, and we keep the old system available until the new one works properly.
- We set up automatic copies of your data, and we test before the launch that lost data can really be brought back from a copy.

Many businesses keep the same information in their accounting software, their web shop, their planning system and their customer database. We build connections that pass the information on automatically, so that nobody has to enter it more than once.
The system behind an app or a website
If your customers or your staff sign in to an app or a website, something behind it has to store the data and decide who may see what. We build that part once, so that an app and a website can both work with the same data.
When another solution is better
In these situations we advise you to choose something else.
- A product that you can already buy does what you need. If we know of such a product, we will tell you which one it is.
- The system has to be certified for a regulated sector, such as medical devices or payment processing. A supplier that specialises in that sector is a better choice.
- You need to replace a large, old system for a whole organisation before a fixed deadline. We are too small for a project of that size.
Questions about this service
Who owns the system, and where does it run?
The system is yours once the project has been paid for. It runs on rented computers at Google, in an account that is in the name of your company, and you decide who has access. We tell you beforehand what this costs each month.
Can the system work together with the software that we already use?
In most cases it can. It depends on whether your current software is able to exchange data with other systems, and we find that out before we make a proposal.
Can another developer work on the system later?
Yes. The system is built with tools that many developers know, and it comes with a written description, so another developer can take it over.
What does a project cost?
We do not publish prices, because two projects are rarely the same amount of work. After a first conversation we send you a written proposal that describes the work, the schedule and the price.
Who looks after the software after the launch?
We can do that, if you want it. Support from us can cover repairing faults, keeping the software working when phones and browsers are updated, and adding new features. The proposal states which support you receive from us after the launch.
